The long-awaited Station Twelve development in Amherst reached a pivotal milestone this week with a formal topping off ceremony. According to Eisenhardt, tenants located within the central “horseshoe” structures are scheduled to begin operations as early as mid-October. These business openings will continue in a rolling fashion through the winter and into the spring of 2025.

While the visible skyline of the plaza has changed significantly, the final phase is still a few years off. Construction on the development’s last building is expected to commence in the coming months, with a projected completion and opening date set for the spring or summer of 2027.
